In Kabaddi, each team consists of seven players. The game is played on a court where each team occupies half of the court. Each team tries to score points by sending a raider into the opponent's half of the court and trying to tag as many opponents as possible before returning to their own half of the court. The raider must hold their breath while in the opponent's half of the court and must recite the word "kabaddi" repeatedly to show that they are not taking in any air. The raider can be tackled by the opponents and sent back to their own half of the court if they are unable to return to their own half before exhaling or if they break the repetition of the word "kabaddi." The team that scores the most points by the end of the game is declared the winner.
